Wastewater Treatment System (SOLPICO)
SOLPICO consists mainly of a high-efficiency tower for separation, a condenser, and a dry vacuum pump. It can effectively separate and remove trace amounts of solvents from drainage containing organic solvents that have a lower boiling point than water by taking advantage of the difference in volatility between solvents and water, allowing for solvent recycling.
The bottom of the tower is heated to generate water vapor, which will efficiently contact the liquid in the separation column. Solvents with high volatility will collect at the top of the tower and will be recycled as a liquid by the condenser. Water that meets Drainage Standards requirements will be drained from the bottom of the tower.
This system is available in two types: the reduced-pressure type and the normal-pressure type.
