Distillation database accumulated over 50 years

Every year, we receive 400 to 500 customer requests for used solvent separation and purification. Our proficiency in separation technology stems from our adeptness in creating innovative solvent combinations. Through years of experience, we have amassed extensive data on distillation and can quickly respond to customer requests by running simulations using our own software for distillation and VLE calculations.

Development of Distillation Process Based on Accumulated Expertise

We utilize our accumulated knowledge and experience to develop processes for recycling used solvents provided by our customers, as well as upgrading new liquids through distillation (to improve purity, remove metals, etc.).
During the sample testing phase, we analyze the solutions and conduct distillation tests to determine whether the target solutions can be purified. We also evaluate the thermal stability of the process to ensure safety.
In the final stage of development, we conduct inspections at our factory to determine the optimal distillation flow that considers both quality and cost. Additionally, we prioritize environmental concerns by calculating the amount of carbon dioxide generated during distillation and incineration, which allows us to evaluate the impact of carbon dioxide reduction.

Technology development

Separation and recovery of trace amounts of organic solvents contained in exhaust gas wastewater

Every year, an estimated 710,000 tons of organic solvents are released into the atmosphere and water systems, where they are left to decompose naturally instead of being recycled.


Our goal is to reduce the environmental impact of this waste by purifying exhaust gas and wastewater and separating and recycling the minor compounds released. By refining and reusing the recovered organic solvent components, we aim to implement a recycling process that minimizes environmental damage.

Development of functional materials

Our expertise extends to the development of dispersions and sols that effectively disperse microparticles within organic solvents. Alongside organic solvents, we offer comprehensive services tailored to meet specific needs, including concentration and viscosity adjustments, dispersion optimization, dehydration, and the removal of impurities from organic dispersants. We provide sample supplies and consultation services, supporting production across various scales. With a responsive and efficient approach, our team promptly addresses sample development requests.

Pilot Testing and More

We have test facilities at our technical development center to meet a wide range of customer needs. Within these facilities, our pilot plant can conduct scale-up verifications of approximately 200L, simulating a real machine.
