Mechanism Behind the Stripper Recycling System

During the LCD panel manufacturing process, a significant quantity of stripper solution is utilized in the resist stripping process. The resulting waste stripper solution can be categorized into three main types: non-volatile compounds (resist), low boiling compounds (moisture, etc.), and high boiling compounds that are present as impurities in the stripping solution.

  1. The recycled stripping solution employs Falling Film Distillation (FD) to separate non-volatile compounds (resist waste). This process allows for the efficient separation and concentration of resist stripping waste in a fluid state, without any sticking.

  2. After the separation of resist stripping wastes, recycled stripping solution flows into the distillation tower where the low-boiling impurities are separated.

  3. The stripping solution refining tower facilitates the separation of high-boiling substances from the stripping solution by evaporating the compounds. This process allows for the precise separation and removal of heavy metal components from the stripping solution compounds through the evaporation of the stripping solution itself.
