Upcycling Used Solvents

Nippon Refine provides refining services for used solvents. By distilling and refining the used solvents provided by customers, we can avoid contaminating the recycled solvents (except for impurities generated during production) and we can provide upcycling to achieve a higher purity level than new products.

Moreover, as the raw materials for distillation and refining are sourced from our customers' used solvents, the procurement pathway differs from conventional raw material suppliers. This unique approach ensures a reliable and steady supply of raw materials for our valued customers.

Transaction process

2. Provide samples and a raw materials datasheet

   Please provide us with a sample of your used solvents. Furthermore, we kindly request that you submit the raw material data sheet, providing information on ingredients, properties, safety, and other relevant details.

3. Raw material analysis/distillation test
4. Safety Verification

   We carefully verify the safety of the materials by using equipment such as differential scanning calorimeters (DSC) and adiabatic runaway reaction calorimeters (ARC).

5. Estimate
6. Submit sample (if needed)
7. Consulation to confirm delivery conditions
